Q. How long does delivery usually take?
Production Times – In Stock Definition
The sterling silver jewellery created by Karen Harvey Jewellery is all handmade or custom made. Each piece is unique. Some items are held in stock and can be shipped immediately. For those orders not held in stock or custom made orders, production time for each piece varies greatly, however most items can be produced ready for shipping within 3-7 days. In some cases or during flat out crazy busy times, production can take up to 2 weeks. If you need your selected piece for a specific date such as a birthday gift, please contact us before ordering to ensure this will be possible – I will make every effort to have your piece to you as quickly as possible. Production times are taken from the date of confirmation and payment of your order.
Shipping and Handling
Australian domestic orders are sent express via Australia Post. You will be advised on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which can checked at www.auspost.com.au.
Karen Harvey Jewellery ships worldwide. Economy Air Shipping is sent via Australia Post and is registered and trackable. You will be advised on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which can be checked at https://www.auspost.com.au. Economy Air Parcels can take anywhere between 4 and 12 working days to arrive depending on your location. You can calculate your approximate shipping time buy going to https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/ Enter 3243 as Postcode for Australia and your country. Make sure you see ECONOMY AIR for times.
International express shipping is also available. Contact Karen for details and cost.
Duties and Taxes
Depending on the addressee country, duties and taxes may be payable. The recipient is liable for all/any import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are sending to.

Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-
Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
Click “Continue Shopping” to continue to add other products to the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed to your payment for the products.
You’ll reach a log in page where you need to log in to your account using your Username and Password. If you don’t have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed to your payment.
You’ll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click the “next” button.
From here, you need to select your shipping method, then click the “next” button.
Next you’ll need to choose your payment method, then click the “next” button.
After completing the above steps, you need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and conditions.
Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and shipping address here.
Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
Click on “Lost Password?” and fill in your email that you used to register the account.
A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order?
– Please send an email to email@example.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation.
– Orders that have been shipped will not be cancelled.
Q. What is the product’s transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Australian Dollars
