Cancellation of Order and Refund

Any cancellation due to a change of mind must be made within 24 hrs of placing your order. Orders for In Stock items are usually processed on the day after receipt, so if you change your mind you will have to do it quickly. Cancellations cannot be accepted after processing and shipping. As payment is made via PayPal when ordering, a small fee to cover administrative costs and the PayPal fee will be deducted.

Cancellations of orders for custom made pieces will only be accepted if received within 24 hrs of placing your order. Once production has begun on the piece you have ordered, we cannot accept a change of mind. Purchases are non-refundable. Many items are custom made to order (eg sizing) therefore exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind.

Faults

All pieces are handmade and therefore may show slight variations between pieces and may also appear slightly different from that depicted on the website. Sterling silver, like any precious metal, can be marked or damaged, therefore your jewellery pieces should be worn and handled with care. Normal wear and tear on jewellery pieces is not considered a fault.
If you do consider that the item you have received has a fault, please contact karen@karenharveyjewellery.com immediately (within 24hrs of receipt) – the piece can be assessed and if considered faulty, I will be happy to repair, replace or exchange the faulty piece.

We do not refund items lost by couriers or the post office or items damaged in transit, you will have to claim from the courier or postal service if this occurs.

If you are returning an item for repair which has been damaged in transit, the item/s should be unused, unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any documentation enclosed.

Please note:
Damaged goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise negotiated. If this occurs, please contact karen@karenharveyjewellery.com immediately.

If you are returning a damaged or faulty item, the item is your responsibility until it is received by Karen Harvey Jewellery. We recommend that you send the parcel using a trackable delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
